How Codex Reset Radar collects, verifies, scores, and presents public reset signals.

Purpose
Codex Reset Radar tracks public signals about Codex usage resets. It cannot read a user's account, plan, remaining quota, five-hour window, weekly window, or exact personal reset time.
Public sources
The radar monitors structured OpenAI Status data, public GitHub issues in the OpenAI Codex repository, and configurable public feeds for selected public posts. Every visible event keeps a direct evidence link where one is available.
Classification and confidence
Rules classify signals deterministically as confirmed resets, announcements, hints, reset problems, related reports, or noise. Confidence is a bounded source-and-evidence score, not a mathematical probability and not a model-generated claim.
Deduplication
Repeated posts, mirrors, and supporting reports may describe one real-world event. The radar joins that evidence to one reset event instead of showing duplicate resets.
Estimates and limitations
The next-reset range is calculated from recent verified regular-reset intervals. It is transparent historical context, not an official schedule. Public reports can be late, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable.
